This is a scam offering you everything apartments in this area don't have at that price, especially AC, garage, wheelchair access. If you reply they'll promise you more then ask to send a video link for you to click before a fake visit! It's the same scam as the apartment on Hornby/Drake street at 2800$ with the same phrasing, stay away!!
