Built in 2019, this 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 500 sq. ft. basement suite is available for short or long term rental. The location is as close to Trout Lake as you can get!

Enjoy your privacy in this cozy (read: very small!) garden suite on a serene East Van cul-de-sac! Throw a load of laundry in your newly-installed private washer/dryer while you cook up dinner in the kitchen featuring a stainless steel fridge, Samsung range (stove and oven), and microwave.

The suite features two bedrooms - ideal for a single person or couple who could use the second room as an office/flex room, as there is not much of a living room in the suite itself.

The suite includes access to high speed internet, and we ask for a small percentage of the hydro bill (12% for one occupant [approximately $20], 15% for two occupants [approximately $25]).

The location is the best part! Trout Lake/community centre, park, and beach are a stones throw away. A short walk from Commercial Drive, options for incredible eateries, eclectic shops, bustling coffee shops, lively bars, and laid-back breweries are endless. For a quieter afternoon enjoy the tennis courts, playgrounds and shade offered by the lovely trees at John Henry Park, or lose yourself on the many nearby bike paths. Every amenity is at your finger tips, including several grocery stores (24 hour Supervalu, Safeway, Shoppers, and speciality grocers) and major banks (RBC, BMO, Scotiabank).

A 10 minute walk brings you to Commercial/Broadway station, a major transit hub. Access the Millennium and Expo lines (6 minute skytrain ride to downtown Vancouver, and 45 minutes to SFU), and the 99 B-Line (40 minute ride to UBC and 15 minutes to Vancouver General Hospital).

The suite is suitable for 1 or 2 people who are non-smokers, pet-free, and able to provide references. We offer options for the suite to be semi-furnished.
