It's a no pet and no smoking building

There is an elevator and 2 shared common spaces (indoors and outside)

An underground parking spot and mini storage area is included

We are close to the bus stops, grocery stores, cafe's and restaurants, and close to some walking trails

We require the 1st months rent and a damage deposit (1/2 months rent) that will be returned if there are no damages after the lease has ended

A 1 year lease and long term tenants are preferred, will consider a school term 9 months for students
