Charming and spacious one bedroom suite available for rent to one tenant. Price includes utilities, patio, full kitchen, shared access to back yard, shared access to shared laundry (2 days/ week). Can provide a set or two of bed linens and towels.

Family of 4 with two little kids living upstairs. Foot steps and noise from a lively home upstairs can be heard. Not a good fit for someone requiring a lot of silence.

Well-trained/ gentle pet considered.
Note: we have a cat living upstairs.

Good fit for someone who doesn’t require permanent, long-term housing as we may put our house on the market in the foreseeable future.

Must be family and kid friendly and not mind cats.

Location is amazing. Commercial drive, amazing cafes, groceries, pharmacy and almost anything else you need is a 5 minute walk away. Neighbours are wonderful.
