This property and location is great for kids, with lots of families in the building, and more in the area. Childrens parks are a block and a half to the West, and two blocks to the East. The Arbutus Greenway is right across the street, with a gorgeous bike and walking lane, that goes along community gardens, and links False Creek to the Fraser River.
