Our last tenants were two sweet girls and we didn't even lock our door that separates our suites so they could come in anytime and grab supplies from us if needed and the girls would babysit our kids so that's the type of environment I am looking for.

Perfect for UBC students or to just live in the Great Dunbar area. So many trails to run in or just explore.
