Career: Full-time job during the week with a flexible schedule and some part time night shifts serving on the weekends.

Studies: Part-time student during the week.

Lifestyle: Clean, considerate, and laid-back. I enjoy a quiet, peaceful environment but also love a good chat or occasional movie night.
What you’ll get:

Private Bedroom: Spacious and well-lit, with closet and small balcony.

Private Bathroom: Shower, shared laundry machine

Shared Spaces: Modern kitchen, comfy living room, den, storage room in building.
Apartment will be furnished with couch and tv, your room will be cleared, as well as the desk and jackets in the den.

Location: Conveniently located near Yaletown Canada line station, seawall, Granville st.
Rent: $1550
Utilities: You will be responsible for the Hydro as I pay the wifi
I’m looking for someone who:

Is responsible and respectful, especially during study times.
Keeps shared areas tidy.
Is friendly and open to occasional socializing but also values personal space.

Must have references, credit check, employment check as you will be screened by the landlord. One year lease, then month to month. Security deposit required for half the monthly rent amount.

There is no parking stall, sometimes there are adds posted in mailroom for rentable spots in the building.
Unfortunately no pets allowed! No smoking
