5th Wheel/Camper/RV Pad Rental in Brookswood Langley

I have a 2008 Montana 3400RL 5th wheel available for rent. The unit belonged to our former tenant who has since passed away. We live on a 5 acre property in Brookswood. It is a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. We are not in a rush to rent but rather looking for the right tenant and are flexible with the price.

There are 2 options. You can either bring your own unit and pay the pad rental or use this one.

$1000/month for pad with hook up
$1300/month to use the existing 5th wheel and reduced rent after some time
Full Hook up (Water, Electricity, Sewage)
One parking spot
