This basement suite is located in the Clayton Heights area of Surrey and is available as of Dec 15, 2024. It features laminate flooring in the living room, a spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinets and two large bedrooms.
The neighbourhood is family-oriented and is less than a 10 minute drive to major shopping outlets including: Superstore, Walmart, Costco and Willowbrook Mall. It is conveniently close to Highway 10, Highway 1, Fraser Highway and 64th avenue. There is also a bus stop nearby which is only a 5 minute walk away.
