THIS IS A SHARED UNIT W/ MYSELF WHO WILL BE IN THE MASTER BEDROOM***open to renting out the master at $1800 if you want it***& I have 2 rooms 1 bath available for a couple OR $1150/1050 for 1 person per room (1 room w/ Murphy bed has sliding door like a den) OR $1500 for one single person & we would share the other room as an extra guest bed/office use.

-building has central AC but unit has portable AC too
-gym & sauna @ 6am-10pm w/ wifi
-free office/study rooms w/ wifi & $200 damage deposit req’d
-5 party rooms: rooftop rooms/rooftop patio/dining halls for $25-35 for 6-8hrs & $200 damage deposit req’d
-no pets/smoking (landlord rule)
-11pm quite time (building/city rule)

About ME:
My current roommates are moving out & I’m taking over the contract & I’ll be the main tenant by December 1. The landlord gave me permission to sublease so no funny business.

I work from home & travel so I’m often away. I’m also a social butterfly so I don’t mind having friends/fam over 1-2 times/week at most or whenever I’m away & preferably on weekends + let each other know when we do invite guests. I don’t mind friends/fam staying past 11pm on weekends or sleeping over. I’m very communicative & would prefer someone who is too so we can avoid conflicts.

I love cleaning as it’s my de-stressing time so I don’t mind doing that for us but I just ask that you clean up after your own dirty dishes & keep the living room & kitchen tidy/empty as much as possible + take care of your own bedroom/bathroom.
