Hello and thanks for reading my post. For rent is a single occupancy bachelor suite, not shared. This is a self contained suite with your own separate entrance and bathroom. laundry access is available and shared. Internet is included but utilities are 10%. We will require a credit check for verification of income and employment. I will only be giving the exact address to anyone I feel will be a good fit. Fyi its within walking distance to Hen Long Market. This is not ideal for any more than a single person. If you have any qs please ask.there is no parking available at the house or street so if you have a vehicle this will not work. we are pet friendly. last thing i should mention is this a one floor walk up so not ideal it you have mobility issues.
