Hello guys
I have one unfurnished bedroom + full size private washroom available in my 2bed 2bth apt from Oct 1st, 2024. My apartment is spacious, includes in unit laundry, dishwasher and the ceilings are 14- 15ft.
It’s a newly renovated building located 2mins walking distance from Scott road station. Building has a gym and a rooftop. Rent is $1450 , utilities will be shared. Deposit is half of the rent. If you need the parking in the garage, that would be extra cost, I can get you the information for that.
You will be sharing the place with me, I am an extrovert person, I don’t have specific conditions and rules in my place as long as other person is respectful and clean. You are welcome to bring your friends in a moderate manner. I work two jobs, like to go out on my day off, you will be more than welcome to join me if you want. I want someone who is genuine and can easily blend in.
