ABOUT THE UPPER SUITE AND OUR FAMILY :
- We are the owners and a family of four with two daughters (ages 14 and 12)
- Most of the suite is under quiet living areas, but some light sound and footsteps might be heard from the suite .
- The sound would be typical in any basement suite.
- All our tenants in the past has never had an issue with any noise.
- We do ask that anyone applying is not sensitive to day-to-day living noise of a basement suite.
- We are also very tolerant and easy going of noise from the basement suite unless it is unreasonably loud.
- My wife and I are professional accountants and were raised in the Vancouver area.
- We have owned this house since 2017 and it has been completely renovated.
