1 bedroom basement suite

The suite is a one bedroom basement that is bright and recently renovated. There is in suite laundry, an outside storage area as well as an outdoor patio. Cats are ok with restrictions. All utilities, cable and internet are included. Single occupancy that is long term is preferred. Double occupancy will be considered but extra utility charges will apply.

All applicants (single or double occupancy) will be required to submit previous tenant references as well as provide credit and background information. Renters insurance is also required.

December 1st is the planned date of move in, but the suite could be made ready as early as Nov 17th.
