1/2 months rent deposit. Tenant rental insurance is required and non negotiable .

RENTAL TERMS
1 bedroom private suite ( not shared) $1550 per month including Utilities.( electric, heat, garbage) Wi-Fi is not included in terms of lease , however it will be available for use.

PARKING: Street Parking

PET POLICY: Pets Not Allowed

OCCUPANCY: Max Two People

SMOKING POLICY: Non-smoker. No smoking. No drugs. No Vaping

REQUIREMENTS
• Tenancy Insurance is Required.
• Tenants required to shovel snow ( will discuss $) & weekly city trash, green waste, recycling pickup.

Employment references and pay stub/credit verification required OR if student , proof of financial support.

No sub leasing or sub-letting to anyone. Avail October 15 or sooner and viewing will begin end of September.
