The unit is pet friendly (some restrictions apply), includes common floor washer/dryers heat, hot water and BC Hydro. Internet and cable to be the responsibility of the tenant. Parking spot(s) are available for an additional month fee.

This apartment is available through Metro Vancouver Housing’s market rental program and will be offered to applicants who demonstrate they meet eligibility related to income and number of occupants based on the National Occupancy Standards. Your gross (before tax) annual household income must meet the minimum income requirement of $76,000.00/year. No rental subsidies available for this unit.
