Im looking to rent my 1bed/1bath condo starting Jan 1, 2025. This is a private unit, located 3 blocks from Lions Gate Hospital (LGH). Bedroom has queen bed with all linen and towels provided. Private bathroom with shower and tub. The condo is fully furnished with full sized appliances, furniture and all dishes/utensils needed for your convenience. The kitchen table has seating for 4, full sized Ikea couch, TV, Wifi/ utilities all included The building has a shared laundry room, coin operated (very affordable $1.25/wash and dry load). Locked bike storage also available in building. Minimum stay required is 3 months/90 days.
