We’re a fun, friendly couple from Australia who have been living in North Van for the past year. We’re looking to sublet our second bedroom to a courteous, like-minded housemate (one person).

Our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is located on E 1st Street in Lower Lonsdale. Only 700m from the seabus terminal, our cosy place is in an ideal location with grocery stores, restaurants and public transport at our doorstep.

We both have flexible working hours, popping in and out throughout the day and evening between work, friends, events and the gym. Our weekends are similarly variable, usually spent enjoying the lower mainland’s various epic offerings or hosting friends at our place for dinner and drinks.

We’re both very respectful, tidy people who take a lot of pride in our home and are looking for someone who feels the same. In our down time we’re very sociable and enjoy making new friends, so we’re hoping to find someone who matches our energy and complements our lifestyle.

In addition to your bedroom with large windows and built in closet, you’ll also have your own bathroom. The apartment itself is fully furnished however your bedroom is unfurnished. We don’t have a car space available however we could investigate the opportunity to rent a space at extra cost.
