Rental Terms and Conditions:

- $2800.00 per month, include all gas /wifi/water/electricity .
- 1/2 months security deposit
- 6 month Rental agreement ( month to month afterward )
- Credit check required, job info and previous landlord reference

Move In/Out Fee as per Strata By Laws, usually 200$ for elevator use if you need moving big furnitures . but my condo is furnished with everything. you don't need to move in any furnitures .
