A 15-minute walk gets you to the Lonsdale Quay and Seabus terminal, where you could get downtown in a quick 12-minute ferry ride.

You can also take the bus to the Seabus (5 min). The bus stop is right behind the building on 3rd street, which takes you either to Lonsdale Quay or towards West Vancouver, Park Royal.

Shoppers Drug Mart, IGA Marketplace and the Lonsdale Quay Market are close to the apartment.

In lower Lonsdale, there are many restaurants and bars as well.

The apartment is located on the corner of the second floor facing south, with a beautiful direct view of downtown Lions Gate Bridge, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Please note there is no balcony.
