Full kitchen including electric stove top/microwave and dishwasher. The suite is well equipped and you just need your clothes.

Perfect quiet location next to trails, with great access to transit only a block from Grand Boulevard. About a 15 minute walk to Wholefoods and less than 10 minute drive to the Quay. This suite includes hydro, high speed internet, a/c, pots and pans, utensils etc and has a separated entrance. This is a ground level suite with big windows, and is very bright and spacious.

There is safe and ample street parking available. Linen is also available if required. Laundry is on site and shared with the owners.

Available early September. The rest of the house is occupied by the owners. A quiet professional couple, mid thirties who work from home, they have a very social dog.
