This unit is on the top floor of a well kept building, with a small deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets and a peekaboo view of the Fraser river. This condo has character and can come partially furnished if needed. Laundry available on the lower level of the building. Brand new vinyl plank floors were installed in 2023 as well as a new stove and refrigerator. One pet is allowed.
