CABIN ON THE WATER

It's a very nice "cabin - condo - tinyhome - bachelor pad" (call it what you want) 32 foot boat beautifully situated in a Queensborough live-aboard marina, just blocks to shopping, transit, restaurants, starbucks and hortans, liquer stores, laundry etc etc

It has a large 10' X 8' deck at back which is perfect for 3 or even 4 season living and entertaining

The cozy cabin has a 5 person dinette (which converts to a bed in seconds), a full 6 foot 4 inch height galley kitchen including a fridge, 4 burner propane stove (and a burner plate), sink, oven, microwave, electric grill, bake oven and coffee pot - plus lots of counter space; also has a very nice under the counter fireplace/heater

The bedroom is at the front - it's an amazing 11.5 feet long including loft-like storage in front with another electric fireplace, a twin bed on one side and a settee on the other

Bathroom has a toilet and sink as well as a nice view window; there is a on demand hot water shower but frankly the gym and community center, both 2 blocks away have better showers

The bridge on top is a great reading, meditating or sleeping area - and even more storage

The views are fantastic from every room from sunrise to sunset, as well as looking over your own private little pond

There's a lot of storage all over this boat, under every seat and bed, the engine room, hull etc

The boat has full canvass cover for 3 season or even year round living

It's currently moored in a great slip at a live-aboard marina in Queensborough - just a few blocks from walmart, starbucks and Hortans, a liqueur store, numerous restaurants and shops, a community center, laundry. transit, freeway etc

This boat is the perfect solution to the rat race, insane house prices and ridiculously high rent - you could move on today with just a suitcase and be very comfortable

Bottom line: this is a super nice cabin/condo/tiny home/bachelor/ette live-aboard pad (call it what you want) on the water in a liveaboard marina (extremely difficult to find), including hydro, water, and free parking - all in for $1500 a month

A small dog is ok, cat is good

Preference given to someone who has either lived on a boat before or is at least familiar with the minimalist lifestyle and looking for long term
