Hello! I am looking for someone (ideally a girl) to replace me in 3-bedroom apartment in the beautiful Maplewood area- of North Vancouver.
There are another 2 girls and 2 cute cats living in the apartment. The roommates are both very clean, respectful and great personality!
The apartment it's pretty spacious and bright as well as the room itself. There's a big living area with plenty space for yoga or exercising. Living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared.
Room comes with bed and some sheets and couple of furniture (small table organiser, night table, floor lamp).
The location of apartment its very great! Close to several bus stops- very easy to get around, walkable distance to grocery stores, gym, coffee places and restaurants.
Other places around as Capilano University, Mt Seymour, Deep Cove..
The rent is 1200$ - including all utilities.
