A lovely one-bedroom ground-level basement suite with a separate entrance is available in downtown Maple Ridge, starting February 1st, 2025. We regret that pets are NOT Allowed.

It is within walking distance of a grocery store, library, and bus station, near the intersection of Carrshill and Lougheed Highway.

We would prefer applicants who can provide good references, proof of employment, and a credit check upon request. Quiet and respectful tenants are highly valued. Again, we must emphasize that pets are not allowed.

The monthly rent is $1,400 plus approximately 30% of utilities.
