Entire fully furnished beautiful 2 bed/2 bath apartment on campus available January 1st - April 30th 2025. The apartment is available until August 15th, 2025 if you are interested in a longer lease. My rental contract ends September 2025 and a responsible renter may be able to sign a new lease with the management company that owns the building.

Rent is 4500 cad/month, includes monthly professional cleaning, fast speed wifi and all utilities. 2000 cad damage deposit.

Apartment is fully furnished with high end furniture, all you need to bring is bedding and towels.

The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a double sized bed, bedside table, a drawer and a closet.

The second bedroom has a single sized bed, bedside table, a big closet, a table and chair for working from home. The second bathroom has a shower (no tub).

Full kitchen, including dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, sodastream, blender, pots and pans, tableware and all else you need to cook and bake.

Washer/dryer in unit.

Big floor to ceiling windows let in lots of light and offer wonderful views of the campus. Big wrap around balcony with lots of space for gardening/relaxing. Right above the Great Dane coffee shop, minutes from the main bus stop, restaurants, pharmacy etc.

I am looking for mature graduate student/s or working professional/s to sub-let my apartment while I am out of the country. It is very important to me to find a person who will respect and enjoy my beautiful home, keeping everything in good condition while living here.
