Year Round Housing - Studio Appartment (No Sharing)

I am subletting my Year Round Studio apartment at the "tə šxʷhəleləm̓s tə k̓ʷaƛ̓kʷəʔaʔɬ" (House of the Ones Belonging to the Saltwater).

The contract would be from Sep 3rd, 2024 to April 28th, 2025 (8 months, throughout the academic year). This will be furnished with standard UBC furniture, and utilities are included. There is laundry within the building and its located across the UBC Life and Exchange buildings. There is also a gym, meeting rooms and games room within the unit. This is a private unit - you will not be sharing any of your facilities with any roommates.
