We're looking for a friendly, laid back, and responsible person (or couple) to be our downstairs neighbour through the winter. The suite is at garden level and self-contained with a private entrance. The space is newly renovated and fully furnished with cozy, modern furnishings, and new appliances (including in-suite laundry). There are 9' ceilings and a pull out couch bed in the living room.

Our home is tucked away on a Deep Cove lane and a short walk to transit, the village, beach, and some of the best trails on the north shore. Only a 20-30 minute drive to the ski hill (Mt Seymour) or downtown Vancouver.

Available Now until April 2025, with some flexibility for an earlier start or later end date. Price includes utilities/WiFi. Sorry, no smoking, quiet and no pets please.
