New furnished 1 bedroom suite in Deep Cove

We're looking for a friendly, laid back, and responsible person (or couple) to be our downstairs neighbour through the winter. The suite is located on the first floor of our home and self-contained with a private entrance. The space is newly renovated and fully furnished with cozy, modern furnishings and new appliances (including in-suite laundry).

Our home is tucked away on a peaceful forested lane in Deep Cove and a short walk or bike ride to transit, the village, beach, and some of the best trails on the north shore. Only a 20-30 minute drive to the ski hill (Mt Seymour) or downtown Vancouver.

Available January to April 2025, with some flexibility for an earlier start or later end date. Price includes utilities/WiFi. Sorry, no smoking and no parties. Friendly, well-trained dogs considered for the right person.
