We are seeking a single responsible and respectful student or working individual who is also quiet who does not smoke, no vaping, no marijuana or other drugs inside the suite or on the property. Small pets to be considered at the landlord discretion and pet deposit would be required. Reference checks (record check, employer or college enrollment, financial and past landlord) are a must.
