This suite is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Brentwood, North Burnaby - 5 mins walk to Brentwood skytrain station and many bus stops. Brentwood Mall, food courts, London Drugs, Save-on Foods, Whole Foods, Safeway, ras well as fast food chains and local eateries are all within walkable distance. It’s a short commute to BCIT, SFU, Sprott Shaw College, and film production sites by public transits or driving.

This suite is located on the lower level (half basement) of a house and has its own separate entrance and in unit laundry. Besides what you see in the photos, it’s worth mentioning the suite has large windows, A/C, a smart TV with apps and HDMI cable, a queen size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room. It could work if one person is staying in the living room.

We are looking for working professionals or students to rent our beautifully furnished half-basement suite. Lease duration is flexible from Dec 20. Prefer 3 months at least. The suite is ONLY suitable for 1 or 2 people, no pets allowed. The monthly rent is $2000 including wifi and parking, EXCLUDING electricity or gas.
