We are located right by Central Park and tennis courts, within walking distance to Patterson and Metrotown SkyTrain stations, the Metrotown mall & bus loop, restaurants, library, and Bonsor Recreation Complex.

We share a beautiful backyard and flower & vegetable gardens that are maintained by the members of our co-op.

- monthly housing charge (rent): $1,765 - $1,916 (depending on floor)
- minimum combined gross household income of $70,600 required
- one-time share purchase of $2,000
- there is no subsidy now or in the foreseeable future for new applicants
- underground parking $20/month
- unit size 600-630 sqft
- please note we don't accept pets


Preference will be given to those living in Burnaby, and those with volunteer experience who are ready to participate in our community.
