Apartment is a 1 minute walk from Metrotown, Skytrain and Bus Stop. Bus stops are connected to UBC, Richmond and various other locations. Amazing location!

Apartment is also above a variety of food and drink locations (bakeries, pizza, bubble tea, corn dogs, etc)
Parking is rentable as well.
