Our Executive suite is available for long term rent at $1600 per month. Huge bedroom with big windows, ensuite walk in shower bathroom with washer and dryer included. Access to our small backyard patio for your bbq and enjoyment. Better than staying in a hotel, you have your own privacy, comfortable. Rental includes Wifi, Hydro and one designated parking spot. No pets (only one small dog allowed). no parties and no loud music!

Single, International students with good references are welcome if you need short term, minimum 6 months starting from September 1st 2024.
