Hey everyone! We have a room available in our awesome apartment, and we're looking for a housemate. The location is perfect—just a minute’s walk from the bus station, McDonald's, and Starbucks. Plus, there's a plaza right next door and UFV is close by, making it super convenient for students.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of the rooms are already taken, and one of us is currently living in the living room. We’re all busy with work and school, so we’re looking for someone who is clean, organized, and appreciates a quiet, peaceful home.
