Septic has to be maintained by sani truck.
Suitable for one working person. No smoking, pets or drugs please. Small indoor cat maybe considered.
RV must have insurance and in good condition. This is a nice clean
spot with lots of green space. Very peaceful.
Rent $ 800 plus power.
