It can also be changed to a 1 bedroom for $1400/month with the upstairs off limits if just for 1 couple. The upstairs then will be opened up to allow the tenants on the larger side to use since this is now for rent as well.

The house is on an acreage with a view of the valley, and many upgrades have been made to the house and suite.

The rent is not including hydro and cable/internet. There is a larger suite next to you, but not above you (you will have much privacy from those on that side).
If you prefer the larger side, it is $2450/month and you can find it on another ad posted by a management company hired to find someone or I can forward their contact to you.

We do not want pets on this side due to a newish carpet in the upstairs, but if you have a pet or 2, the other side would be an option since it has less new carpet.

The first pictures are of the upstairs (this is 2 levels) larger deluxe view room, and the 2nd. to last pic. is of the downstairs bedroom. There are two large closets in both upstairs bedrooms, and one downstairs as well.

I grew up in this house. It has an unobstructed view with elk sometimes coming through the yard, and it is a very peaceful, quiet, and serene place to come home to.

Work and your last 2 tenant references will be asked for in an application if this seems to be a good fit.
