The room comes with access to free off-street parking, tv, wifi and room has new flooring, a queen bed, a side table, closet space. Great location in East Courtenay. Close to Crown Isle Shopping Centre, the Aquatic Centre, North Island College and all major transit routes. The College is 15 min away the hospital is 20 mins away by foot.

No pets and no smoking inside sorry :(
