We’re looking to sublet a beautiful, older well-kept Kye Bay home. Originally, we rented this place while house-hunting locally, but we ended up buying a home much sooner than we expected so we are looking to pass our lease on to someone!

The landlord is fantastic and lives here from June-October so we’d love to find a great fit as a thank-you for her flexibility.
