Private & Quiet Self Contained Suite in the Huband Area

Hello, our two bedroom, one bathroom suite in the lower portion of our family home (all above ground) will be available on December 1st. Ideally looking for someone not wanting longterm as we have out of town family that uses the suite periodically but, its a shame to have it sit empty for the most part! It's the perfect set up for someone transitioning between homes or waiting for a build to complete, etc. The space has a large private yard with parking for two vehicles. It comes fully furnished (one queen bed & one single over double bunk bed) & includes all utilities, Netflix & garbage/recycling pick up. We have sensitivities to chemical cleaners & fragrances so we're happy to provide all cleaning supplies & detergents in exchange for your understanding. No smoking of any kind. Unfortunately we aren't able to have cats due to allergies and we already have a dog on the property. Please reach out if you feel like this could be a good fit for you and your family!
