We are looking for 1 person or a couple who would be a good fit for our house and land. They would have solid rental references and income to rent our house. This person/people do not have any pets and are OK with not having pets. They do not smoke or do drugs, and are clean living in all ways. They are OK with having a smart meter and being responsible to cut the grass around the house and making it their own.

1060 sq. feet - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and workshop
Super clean and well-maintained, and freshly painted inside and out.
Fridge, Stove, Washer, Dryer
Wood Stove, and electric baseboard heat in all rooms.
Decks at both front and back of house for both morning and afternoon sun.
Private forested park like back yard with fire pit.
Grassy meadow at front of house.
Sunny location - house is filled with light year-round
Located on 3 acres with access to private beach
Property has a good supply of water.
House is walking distance to Ferry and downtown Denman.

Flexible move-in date, available October 1st, 2024.

Min 1 year lease – this is a long term rental.
Current Rental References Required for a fixed address.
Income Confirmation Required
Will not consider a roommate/sublet situation.

Cats and Dogs need not apply, no exceptions will be made.

No pets or livestock, no smoking, no vaping and drugs

Will not consider exchange of services for rent.

Availability of high-speed fibre internet service (not included in the rental amount if tenant interested).
