This cottage is located at the family-oriented LaCasa Resort and we rent it from November 1 to May 1 each year for $1950/month all in. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked, and the new Weber BBQ is ready to cook something amazing. In the summer I rent it on VRBO and its ready to move into. Our Okanagan Cottage has 3 large bedrooms featuring queen size beds, a pull out sofa sleeper by the fireplace, 2 full baths, and a large front deck with an incredible lake view. The GOURMET kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The cottage is complete with washer/dryer and BBQ. Enjoy your coffee as you watch the sunrise on your large deck, and later the same day enjoy dinner and an evenings' glass of wine on the deck as day turns to night and you relax while gazing at the stars sparkling over the moonlit lake. Perfect if your retired and looking for an Okanagan experience and its 25 minutes to Kelowna or Vernon if you work in the area. This year the resort is planning to be open year around so you can enjoy the public pool and outdoor jacuzzi and the store and restaurant will be open and within a short walk. It is a few minutes walk from the beach with unobstructed views of the lake. Lake Okanagan is beautiful and you should be by the lake with a full view of it. It will be hard find a better location and view. Enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour, dinner, or just take a nap on the deck and look at the lake. Whatever you like you'll enjoy it from this modern air-conditioned cottage.

The home has 600 Mbps Internet speed, its the fastest you can get and I take my video calls for work using the wifi, perfect if you have a work from home arrangement. Bring your streaming TV device, game console, and connect to the 50 inch 4k TV and watch Netflix, or your other favorite channel, on your own account. You can use our Wifi as we will provide you access to it so you can connect your phones and tablets and save your own data.

Save-On-Foods will deliver your groceries to you at this location, it’s the best $5 I spend I tell people.

The ATV trails up the mountain are breath taking! Ride your ATV, skidoo or other toy on the numerous maintained trails or find your own path in the back country. We have boat moorage is also available.

LaCasa provides guests with hot tub access on long weekends and holidays in the winter, the dates will vary and you will love it when its open.

Silver Star Mountain is 60 minutes away and is a year round playground featuring Skiing, Snowboarding, and Snow-shoeing in the winter and a Mountain bike park with hiking in the summer.
