If you’re looking for a nice rental in beautiful Lake Country/Kelowna, I am accepting applications for my park model trailer and lot in beautiful Holiday Park Resort Community which is a premier resort park with numerous amenities (pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym, library, recreation center, woodworking shop, restaurant, pub, private beach, golf course, etc). Located just down the highway from the airport and UBC so very convenient for students, airport workers, or regular visitors to Kelowna who want to stay here longer. Available Jan. 1. Act quickly and contact me for information before this opportunity is gone. Nice clean one bedroom, one bathroom mobile home with furnishings. Full kitchen, private back yard (low maintenance) with large storage shed, very comfortable (screened in) outside porch. One parking spot. Smokers ok (smoking outside only!).Please note that no one under the age of 19 is allowed to live in the park. One small/medium dog or one cat maximum. $1500 a month including utilities (except wifi).

I’m open to either short term rental (3 months minimum) or long term (one year minimum). Trailer (including outdoor living area/porch) is 488 square feet. I’m also open to a lease to purchase (trailer and lot currently valued at $135,000) with a $35,000 down.
