Beautiful, bright home in Southeast Kelowna

This rental is available for one year only, from mid-July 2025 through to mid-July 2026. Our family is taking a year off and traveling the world. The house can come fully furnished (we will take down family photos, clear the closets, etc!). However, we can be flexible. For instance, if you don’t want to take care of our houseplants, or you would like us to remove some big items, we can take those away and make it so that you are happy and comfortable.

This house is located on a 3 acre parcel in Southeast Kelowna, with chickens, fruit trees, big gardens, and a massive sandpit and playground for children. There is another family living on the land, but our house is fully private, with its own fenced in backyard, large deck area, beautiful view, and more. Though it is a shared property, the house feels separate and you are not expected to take care of any of the landscaping on the acreage. Access to the rest of the property will need to be arranged with the other family (our sister and brother-in-law) - we can work with you to determine how you’d best like to use this space for the year!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely/open kitchen and living room area, and a separate “den”. Though it is only ~1350 square feet, it is bright, well-designed, and feels spacious.

It is a great space for a small family, but also if you are on your own with no kiddos! The only sounds you hear up here are the birdsong, the owls and the crickets. The house is a 2 minute walk from Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, which is full of hiking and mountain biking trails. It is also less than 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store, coffee shops, etc. Basically heaven on earth 🙂!!

We love our space and are looking for someone(s) to take care of our home for the year we are gone.
