One of my tenants is moving out at the end of September. Will have 1 home cabin (unit 2) available for rent starting October 1. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with heated floors, full kitchen with dishwasher, living room with wood stove and full laundry. Located on a 1 acre property in Timothy Lake (44 km from 100 mile house) and just across the street from the lake. Crown land and a ski resort are also near the property (it is 4 seasons area). It is unfurnished. Will be for a minimum of 6 months rental agreement. $1,500 is the monthly rent fee. Utilities and internet are not included.
