Rent for a month-to-month lease is $1150 per month + Utilities (Wifi/Hydro).

The Apartment is located by Hillside Mall & multiple bus stops. It is around a 15-minute bus ride to Downtown Victoria and a 10-minute bus ride to Uvic & Camosun College.

Ideal candidate:
Someone who is a Full-Time worker or student, quiet, clean, and respectful. No pets, no smoking, no partying.
