I one bedroom suite available for January 1 in my bright, well maintained heritage building. The building has been family owned for 20+ years. We love our building so we do all we can to make it a nice, comfortable place for people to live. We treat our tenants honestly and with respect, and hope they will do the same in return.

A few details:

Building:

- NS (building & grounds, includes electronic products)
- NP (firm - sorry!)
- year lease
- ten suites total, all rented to quiet, respectful professionals
- coin-op laundry in basement
- storage lockers available
- on street parking

Suite:

- second floor, south, east, & west facing (so amazingly bright :)
- kitchen has double sinks, full size fridge, full stove/oven, dishwasher

Additional details:

- Damage deposit = half a month rent.
- Hot water is included in the rent.
- Hydro is not included in rent.
- Require previous landowner contacts for reference checks.
