I have updated the apartment with new fire/heat/smoke alarms and detectors featuring the latest high-end equipment and we are monitored 24/7 by ADT/TELUS ALARM COMPANY VIA A WIRELESS CELL PHONE SYSTEM. We have a secured locked front door system with doorbells to each individual suite. The HOT WATER is included in the rent generated by a brand new, newly installed Oil furnace giving all our tenants wonderful constant hot water.......................and the rooms are heated by electric baseboard heating THAT YOU are responsible for (surprisingly inexpensive); also YOU are RESPONSIBLE FOR THE shared cable and phone. (Standard practice.).
