We cater to a variety of folks needing furnished accommodation from those settling into Victoria and scouting the area to film production directors; travel nurses; post-grads on study terms; emergency housing for "renos gone wrong" or simply "grands" stepping in for a few months to help with newborns.

Typical stays are 3-24 months, with our longest resident 10+ years and we're proud to offer great value in fully equipped housing, much as we experienced ourselvs living overseas.

Depending on the timing of agreed stays, we may be able to accommodate YOU if you are seeking furnished accommodations offering a value beyond unfurnished suites.

Please understand that we market to folks in health treatment and with allergies, so simply must be able to honestly say that there have never been pets/smokers in the suite.

Rents vary (2500 - 2990) according to unit size, fittings & included utilities in adjacent character properties in one of Victoria's most convenient and interesting areas, Oaklands Rise Woonerf. It's a friendly, walkable area with access to theatres, dining, shopping, coffee & more, served by public transit just minutes away.
