October 15/ November 1 - Two Bedroom in Heritage Building

I have a lovely third floor, two bedroom suite available in my bright, well maintained heritage building. The suite is available for October 1.

The building has been family owned for 25+ years. We love our building, so we do all we can to make it a nice, comfortable place for people to live. We treat our tenants honestly and with respect, and hope they will do the same in return.

A few details:

Building:
- NS (building & grounds; includes anything you could smoke as well as electronic products)
- NP (firm - sorry!)
- year lease
- ten suites total, all rented to longer-term, quiet, respectful professionals
- coin-op laundry in basement
- some storage lockers available
- on street parking

Suite:
- is the entire third floor w/ windows N, E, S, & W facing
- kitchen has double sinks, full size fridge, full stove/oven
- one bedroom is considerably bigger than the other, so the suite has traditionally worked well for a single person/couple using the second room as an office

Additional details:

- Damage deposit = half a month rent.
- Hot water is included in the rent, Hydro is not.
- Require previous landowner contacts for reference checks.
